Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Genioz game, available free of charge online.
Access to the service
Genioz is free and requires no account.
Access may be interrupted, limited or changed at any time, in particular for maintenance.
Player conduct
You freely enter a nickname and answers. You agree not to enter any unlawful, hateful, defamatory content or content infringing the rights of others.
Any abuse may result in exclusion from a game.
Intellectual property
The game, its name, design and code remain the property of the publisher.
Content entered by players remains their responsibility.
Liability
Genioz is provided "as is", for leisure, with no guarantee of availability or freedom from errors.
The publisher cannot be held liable for content entered by players.
Changes to the terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
